Belt Evaluation Program – Terms & Conditions I have read, understand, and agree to the Belt Evaluation Program Terms & Conditions. I understand that submission of a belt evaluation request does not guarantee participation in a belt evaluation or test belt program. All submissions will be reviewed by the evaluation team, and participation will be determined at their discretion based on multiple factors, including but not limited to application suitability, testing capacity, belt availability, and program eligibility. I acknowledge that only one belt evaluation submission is permitted per plant under this program. Duplicate submissions from the same plant may be declined. I further understand that the belt evaluation program includes a maximum test belt allowance or credit. If the required belt length, configuration, or application exceeds the allotted evaluation credit, I am responsible for covering any additional costs beyond the program allowance prior to proceeding. I acknowledge that all belt evaluations and recommendations are advisory in nature only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance, compliance, or suitability for any specific application.
